Otosan® Nasal Spray ISO is an isotonic solution made with natural seawater for daily nasal rinsing.
Gentle on the nasal mucosa, it helps remove mucus and impurities and relieve symptoms associated with nasal congestion or a runny nose, dryness and nasal itching.

Otosan® Nasal Spray ISO is indicated for nasal rinsing in infants (except premature infants), children and adults, particularly in cases of:
- nasal congestion
- a runny nose
- sneezing
- nasal dryness
- nasal itching
It can be used in cases of the common cold, nasopharyngitis, rhinitis, including allergic rhinitis, rhinosinusitis, or exposure to irritating environmental conditions.

1 to 2 sprays per nostril, 1 to 3 times a day, as needed.
The nasal rinse must be performed by an adult.
- Tilt your head to one side.
- Gently insert the nozzle into the nostril and spray towards the upper part of the nostril.
- Repeat the procedure in the other nostril. Do not inhale the solution.
- Raise your head without tilting it backwards to allow the mucus to drain, then remove any excess mucus or blow your nose.
- For newborns, it is recommended to perform the nasal rinse while they are lying down.

- Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to seawater.
- Do not use in premature infants.
- If symptoms persist or worsen after one week, consult your doctor.
- Do not use beyond the expiry date indicated on the packaging.
- Pressurised container: may burst if heated. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other sources of ignition. Do not smoke. Do not pierce or burn, even after use. Protect from sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50 °C/122 °F.
- Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
